Map of Voivodeni: Orthodox church

The paintings if the church were made in 1772. Its nave and semi-circle apsis was built in the second part of the XV century, while the parvis and the tower in the XIX century.The tower was demolished in 1946 and rebuilt between 1951 and 1952. The archeological excavation, made during the replacing of the floor, brought to light XV century currency, parts of wallpaintings, tiles, a vessel, and seven tombs inside which tehere were skeletons and two rings.
