Map of Arduzel: Reformed church

The oldest documents in which appear references about the church from Arduzel dates 1513. On one of the buttresses was engraved the symbol of The Dragffys, the potential financer of the building but the year is unknown. On a casette appears 1726 the year of the renovation works.
In 1772 Nagy Mihály and György made the sophisticated system of the roof. In 1928 under the past sacristy a crypt was found. The tower was built in the sacristy's place in 1958. Near the church the belfry can seen, built in 1726. The church and the belfry as well are covered with shingle. In 1983 in the stone pulpit's place a wood one was made located on the vis-a-vis wall.
The walls supported on buttresses are decorated with traditional upside down inverted tulips. On a small part of the wall, where the plaster was removed, we can observe the old grey tulips beside the present white ones.
