Map of Cădişeni
The first written mention of Cădișeni is from 1566. It is located 3 km northeast of the center of Odorheiu Secuiesc, on the left bank of the river Târnava Mare. Many of the inhabitants had a noble rank, the Török and Tibád families being the most important. Tibád Antal was even a Member of Parliament. In 1968, Cădișeni became part of Odorheiu Secuiesc.
