Map of Tibod
Tibod town, located on the left bank of the river Bosnyak is attested from 1566. At the edge of the village were found traces of a fort, a road and old coins. Much of the settlement belonged to the family Török, who left the village a chapel in 1764. It has kept the house primipilusului.
