Map of Gârbău Dejului: Wooden church
The wooden church in Dealul Gârbul was built in the 18th century. The place has a shingle roof, a small tower with a balcony and a helmet on the base. Framing the entrance door and the door of the church narthex and nave are decorated.
Hallway paintings were completely destroyed and the roof was replaced. Painting from the ship was made at the end of the 18th century by a local craftsman. The nave vault were painted Evangelists and biblical scenes, which continues on the walls, which appear and holy.
Iconostasis and royal icons were painted in the second half of the eighteenth century.
On the iconostasis name appears: Filipașcu prince probably church builder.
