Mircea Balta on the left bank of the river Lapus, across the street from the pit, just 17 km from Baia Mare is the favorite place of fishermen. The lake with a surface of only 2 ha manages to attract visitors by the conditions offered.
Fishermen claim it is the best populated lake in the area. 5 tons of fish are waiting for the fish permanently, and the species, carp, carass, amur, pike, roe deer and chaff are between 100 g and 22 kg. On the shore were built turrets with tables and benches, but there is a parking lot and a toilet. In the weekend you can also fish at night.
