Map of Ady Endre: Orthodox church

The first Romanian Christian church from Ady Endre was Greco-catholic. Built in 1733 of wood was demolished and in 1902 the construction of the present church began. The workings were finished in 1911.
The bells from the tower weren't cold when they were taken to be melt to become ammo. The church is proud with a beautiful iconostasis about which the old ones say that comes from the old church
It resembles very much with the iconostasis of Orthodox Church from Carei. The communists transformed this church in an orthodox one as well.
