Petrinzel is a small locality, hidden among the nearby hills. The young left it, and the old ones are leaving one by one. In autumn of 2010 just 87 souls were in the locality. The old ones are telling that during their youth 900 persons lived here. They had a medieval church too which was destroyed in a fire. They built another one, modified in 1903. The old church's values saved from fire, cassettes made in 1745, the pulpit from 1715, and the table of lord from 1698 is at the Museum of popular art from Budapest. The present church has other values.
Women's diligent hands from the village embroiders tenth of bedspreads, wich are covering the church's interior, in red, white, black, depending on the festivity. At people's houses you can see the wonderful popular costumes.
