Map of Mirşid: The School

Mirșid's school is situated in a wonderful scenery, in front is a park and in the back a yard with many trees. According to monumments' list the building's oldest wing was made in 1901. Beautiful building supported by buttresses seems much alike storybooks.
After Petri Mór the first Mirșid's state school was organised in 1899, had one classroom. Before fonctioned here a kindergarten administrated by Wesselényi foundation from Sălaj county, its place was taken by state school. Is it possible that the kinderguarden was built in 1899, became school in 1901? Who knows ? This wonderful building is kept even today.
The school made of one classroom and teacher' home was enlarged for the first time in 1961 and in 1974 when it received a two levels new wing.
