Up to 1950 the current park was the location of the fair because Nușfalău locality has the right to organize them since the old times. The sixth national fairs which were held here in every year were real popular feasts. They were spreading from the bar up to the church and the adjacent streets became real "parking of carts" and sleeping places for the sellers. The Banffys were strongly implicated in the fairs' organization and development, they decided the location of each guild and the taxes that were to be payed as well. Nowadays the past market became a park in which was arranged a playground for the children.
