The settlement Negreni got officially in 1815 the permission for fair organization but there were organized probably fairs before as well. So in each and every year at the second week-end at Negreni is organized the fair.
Tens of thousands of people come from the country and abroad to participate at the fair but no one leave without buying something.
It could not be an impediment even if you didn't know the seller's language as the deals are made by signs.
Fair officially begins on 6 October, but preparations begin three days earlier.
