Map of Făgăraş mountains: Waterfalls in the Moasei valley

Valea Moisei is one of the most picturesque valleys in the Făgăraș Mountains. It follows a direction almost perpendicular to the crest. The creek springs from the Fruntea Moa;ei, and due to the very sloping slope, its waters are forced to descend into jumps forming numerous cascades.
The set of waterfalls of the Moașei valley stretches over a 1 km length and is accessible from the marking:
It is a valley of waterfalls, smaller water drops or larger, a valley of a wild sail.
