Borkút: Ortodox templom (térkép)
Borkút ortodox temploma 1868-ban épült fel, a Leșe család által felajánlott területen. Jól szituált család volt, kulákok, akik sokat szenvedtek, miután hatalomra kerültek a kommunisták. Ugyancsak ez a család ajándékozott két harangot is a templomnak.
A talaj minősége miatt a templom annyira megdőlt, hogy 1951-ben leborult a tornya. Újra kellett építeni. A templom belsejét 1975-1977 között festette ki a moldvai Artemie atya. 2014-ben lefestették a templom tetejét. Jelenleg a településen új templomot építenek.
