Map of Bihor-Vladeasa, Apuseni mountains: Canton Padiş-Vărăşoaia

Our way starts from the Padis lodge, passes a spring and goes upwards. After 15 minutes, it turns slightly left and reaches the ridge of the Boga mountain. From here descends to the rock wall, which offers a perfect view to the Boga amphitheatre.
We go at the right until a mountain-pass.
The trail goes down the saddle, through a wood, getting to a plateau, which has a newer look-out (tower) at the left. Stumbling downwards over small stones, we get to a cliff. Here we find the Peștera Șura Boghii.
We climb back the small stones, then reach the wood while going round the Boga fence we can enjoy the Boga amphitheatre from the third look-out.
There is a detour from here to the lodge at the Varasoaia. Descending on it 50 m we reach the Varasoaia plateau
