Map of Boga: Pietrele Boghii

The Pietrele Boghii area is a mixed nature reserve area belonging to Bihor County.
Located in the southeast of the county, the reserve has an area of 38 hectares and includes one of the largest abrupts of the Bihor Mountains. The exceptional landscape can be seen from the belvedere points on the ridge of the rocks that make up the Piatra Boghii. The reservation also includes pastures, forests, valleys, gorges, caves, flora specific to the subalpine and varied fauna starting with mammals and ending with birds and reptiles. A few years ago, some black goat families were brought to the Boga area.
