Map of Praid: Salt bad

The largest salt mine in Romania was built by the salt mines in Praid instead of the old salt bath, which was no longer working. It has an area of approximately 5,200sqm, of which the lake occupies 1942sqm. Two pools were built.
Children pool has a depth of between 90 and 120 cm, and the depth of 160 cm for adults. Between the two basins is a bridge under which the waters of the two basins join. The beach area is around the pools, but also stretches over the roof of one of the buildings.
In one of the buildings there is a self-service restaurant, but there is also a terrace, restaurant, hot showers, permanent medical service. In one of the buildings of the pool, the salt mine opened a shop with its own products.
