Map of Livada: Gendarmerie garrison

In front of the Casino building, there is another old building, the Gendarmerie Barracks. And this building was built by the family of Vécsey, the late nineteenth century. The gendarmerie remained in the building until 1948, when their new building was finished and moved there. The barracks were filled with the books of the library, and a hall was turned into an exhibition hall. After 1989, people moved away from the library, the new occupants of the building are young, who are now not reading, but dancing and disco. The other wing of the building is a party headquarters, and a bar is in the cellar.
