The wooden church from the Dragu village's hill was built in 1806. From the entrance inscription we can find out that the dab "wooden Ion Dino from Madas..."The church's tower has four little towers, which means the locality had the right to judge.
Unfortunately in 1960 the original roof was changed with an iron plate. The door's decoration frame is surrounded by a sun's symbol and tulips decoration. The narthex's roof is straight and the nave has a semi-cylindrical arch. Over the entrance, in the nave, the Perse Iosif painter's name appears and painting's achievement year 1806. The painting kept in good condition only in narthex, carved and painted iconostasis too.
