Map of Beliş: Wooden church
The wooden church in Belis was built in 1862. In 1975, due to the construction of the Somes dam, the wooden church was relocated to the new Belis. Constructed in the form of a ship, the interior was planked and the exterior was shingled.
It has two porches: one on the north and the other on the west side. The vast majority of heritage objects were taken to the Metropolitan Museum of Cluj. Not long ago the church was covered with new shingle, but especially in the porch can see the old beams of construction.
