Map of Răcaşdia: Valea Mare mills

On the river Valea Mare are constructed by 20-30 families from the village 9 mills, used and protected by the proprietors. The mill of Vartop is the first one having been constructed right close to the village Ciclovei. The second mill is the one called Vogiuni, called according to the folks as the mill of the lord. Nowadays Anton Fucs, the german owner uses it for the cereals, but the other mills too, all the nine are used for making grains proper for baking bread.
