Hartă Handalu Ilbei
În valea Ilbei a existat mine de cupru, plumb și aur din cele mai vechi timpuri. În 1848 minele au fost vândute de Trezoreria minieră, de atunci activitatea este sistată. Localitatea minieră Handalu Ilbei atestată din 1490, a fost proprietatea familiilor Rákoczy, Károlyi și Telki. În 1717 a fost distrusă de tătari. Handalu Ilbei a avut și mine de andezit și sienit.
