Map of Călimaneşti: Reformed church

During the Reformation, the faithful from Călimănești became reformed, as did their church. In 1669 already had its own reformed parish priest able to maintain. According Matriculei 1756-1760 stone church with shingle roof and steeple are in the village center.
The current church was built between 1791 and 1792, probably after the demolition of the old one. The new church was probably used since 1812, when the windows, floor and benches were installed. The pulpit was built with the church, and the crown of the pulpit in 1813. The organ built in 1814 was modified in 1842, 1900 and 1928. In the 32 m tower are two bells, the oldest was cast in 1791. The clock of the tower was installed in 1845.
