One of the most important 19th-century landowners in Apa was Berenczei Kováts Gyula, who worked with his elders on 1500 hectares of land. His domain included the areas of Cambarza, Odoreu, Camarzana and Tirsolt. The mansion built in 1874 functioned school aids.
Now it is deserted. Although the property was returned to the heirs, nothing happens. Years pass, and we all know, time is the greatest enemy of monuments.
