Map of Baciu: Catholic church
The Catholic parish of Baciu locality was built in 1776. In 1863 it was destroyed by a big fire when the entire area was destroyed only the church resisted the flames. The parish was rebuilt in 1895, was many times modified and enlarged in 1914. In the parish register the first registrations were introduced in 1710 and since 1874 there is an events register.
