Map of Aleşd: Létai András house
This house was erected in 1897 by renowned builder Létai András for his family. There was a mixed shop in the street, and the back home was the home. In 1916 the building was bought by Herz Sámuel, who also assured the operation of the store until 1945.
Above the entrance door in the middle of a wrought iron ornament is the monogram of Létai András and the year of construction. The whole building is beautifully ornate. Since 1945 the Post Office has been operating in the building.
