Lake Paraschiva, located between the lakes of Tivoli and Ursu, was formed in 1980. Here the waters of Lake Tineretului once came. The dunes of this sinkhole are clogged, the waters gathered here. In spring, when snow fell or after heavy rains, its waters poured into Lake Bear, changing the balance of its salinity. The lake was partially drained and kept under observation.
Because of the low salt content, it is considered a freshwater lake, where fish live. It has a length of 84m, a width of 28m and an area of 2300 square meters. Here you can see the most beautiful rock of salt.
