The Catholic Church dates since XIII century and it became reformed during the current. Along the history it suffered for many times: in 1658 was burnt by the Tatars and in 1705 by the Lobonts, its walls are included in the current reformed church.
In 1850 the catholic community had only 10 members but up to 1880 it increased at 110 that's why a catholic church's construction was needed. The consctruction made with the help of some Polish and Italians craftsmen it was completed in 1886. In the interior we can see two altars. The main altar was donated by The Wesselényis and it is flanked by the Ladislau and Ștefan saints' portraits. The secondary altar was built in Vienna. The ceiling and the arches in front of the main altar are decorated with pictures.
The organ was built in Budapest by Hörl Nándor. In the tower we can see three bells made in the Novotny Antal craftsman's workshop from Timișoara.
