The Oravița Court Building is one of the first buildings of the Austrian settlers. It was built in 1721 and was modified in the years 1788 and 1838, in the shape and appearance of today. Until 1926 it was the headquarters of the Mountaineering and Military Treasury Department. During 1926-1951 he hosted Caras Court and the Judge Oravița Land Registry Office.
