The Serbian Orthodox Church is the grace church of Saint Peter and Paul. It was built between 1698 and 1702 in early baroque style. This is the oldest building of the town. It is placed in the old area if Arad in the so called Serbian town.
The tower of the church is clouted and it has rococo style. The cross from its top sits on a sphere. The church was renewed in 1970. Its piquancy is a huge book and document collection what proves Serbian presence of many years on the bank of the Mures and a flag collection. The ancient craft's flags and the Habsburg and the Turk empire's former Mures side border-warden's flags are kept here.
